Spring Festivals Welcome the Sun
While there is still powder in the mountains, the weather at the lake is warming, day by day. We’re taking a trip up to Happy Cabin this weekend to put out the warm weather furniture—sofas, loungers, lawn chairs, a picnic table and a grill. We are looking forward to long, warm days and slow, fresh meals. A line-up of Spring festivals makes it that much easier to shake off the barnacles of winter and venture out into the sun. Here are some of the events we have in our sights:
May 25 & 26 / Squaw Valley
Admire the work of our local artisans and pick up a few new treasures while you’re at it.

Enjoy a rejuvenating weekend of yoga, meditation, and healing arts.
June 13-16 / Tahoe City
Kick off summer with local art, music, food, wine and a classic car show.
